Guides from the National Coordination of Slovenia have participated in the Diocesan Meeting of Confirmands in the Diocese of Koper, where two catechesis sessions have been given to young people.
Stanislav Kobal and Davorina Šuligoj Prinčič presented the catechism “I am the wonderful work of your hands” in a prayer of Inner Embrace, under the title “You are not alone.” Jana Barba presented the second catechism titled “I am loved, God is Love” with the prayer method of written prayer.
More than 600 young people attended this meeting in Vipava with their parish priests and chaplains, and some young people were accompanied by their parents.
One priest expressed: “True gratitude is the response of the heart to the love experienced. Grateful people remember all the good that has been done to them. Thank you for showing love to the young confirmands at the diocesan meeting. I hope and believe that the best “We can do in this world is trust in love and begin to love ourselves. I am convinced that thanks to you these young people will also begin their own path of love. Thank you!”
