On August 25, 26 and 27, the 6th Retreat for Guides was held
– “For the deep encounter” – in Pindamonhangaba, state of São Paulo, Brazil, in the beautiful premises of the Pia Cônego Tobias Houses.
32 Guides were present, from the towns of Cruzeiro, Cunha, Guaratinguetá, Pindamonhangaba, Taubaté, São José dos Campos 1, São José dos Campos 2, São José dos Campos 3, Jacareí. These Coordinations and Nuclei are part of the National Coordination of Brazil West 10 (NBO 10), which, in turn, are part of the Brazil West Zone. One of the Guides said: “Lord, being a witness of Your Work is the Grace of the Holy Spirit. During this Retreat, I managed to participate fully in each activity: talks, strong times, readings, modality.”
Furthermore, “the Simple Recollection modality was a challenging novelty for me, but the modality was so well conducted that, in the end, I was left with the desire to want a little more.
In this Retreat I took a firm and confident step in walking as a Guide.
