Today, the first day of the year, the day of Holy Mary Mother of God, I bow down before her along with each and every one of the Guides throughout the world, pleading that she transmit the strength of her faith, the height of her hope and the depth of her Love to us. So that each one of us may commit ourselves, with courage and decision, so the legacy that our Founder left us in the Re-founding of the Workshops will become a reality in our lives as Guides in this world.
That Mary Mother of God and our Mother, who knows our strengths and weaknesses, take us by the hand and teach us to enter into a friendship with He who we know loves us just as she did, when she received the announcement from Angel that she would be the Mother of God.
