The purpose of processing the aforementioned personal data is to prepare your file as a PLW Guide, to create your user profile on our platform, and to maintain communication with your corresponding Coordination. This data is provided directly by each Guide through a form and directly to their corresponding Local Coordination.

The purpose of processing the aforementioned personal data is to identify and contact participants in relation to their involvement in the Prayer and Life Workshops, talks, retreats, and related events. This data is provided directly by each participant through a form and delivered directly to their guide.
It is important to note that, before providing any personal data, the data subject must confirm that they agree with the terms of this Privacy Notice, as well as with the agreements, contracts, and any other instrument by which they will be bound to PLW. In cases where you do not agree with the content of the instruments referred to herein, we kindly request that you refrain from providing any personal data. Likewise, if you decide not to provide certain personal data or wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you acknowledge that PLW may not be able to provide its services to you, either in whole or in part.
Transfers and Retention of Personal Data
At PLW, we will not share your personal data with third parties who do not need to access such information for the fulfillment of the purposes described. We will retain your personal data for the duration of your relationship with PLW, whether you are a Guide or a Participant. Upon termination of your relationship with PLW, a one-year blocking period will apply, after which we will irreversibly delete your personal data from all our databases. Should you wish for your personal data to be processed beyond this period, we will be required to obtain your consent once again.
The processing of personal data will be carried out through various processors in the country where the data is collected, and the legal entity Prayer and Life Workshops Association will remain the ultimate Controller of such data processing. Guides will process the personal data of Participants solely for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and may internally transfer the personal data of Participants to their Local and/or National Coordination exclusively for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
