At the Capuchin Spirituality House Domus Laetitiae in Assisi, (Italy), Encounter Experience of God was held from August 25 to 30, 2025.
The enclave of the place at the foot of Mount Subasio and recalling the Franciscan sites have brought to the Encounter the connection between intimacy with our Father God and the work of his creation.
“Be silent and you will listen.” Only from silence can one hear the word that God wants to say to each person.
The Encounter was given by the Capuchin priest Fr. Stefan Kozuh. The Italian guides still remembered the Encounter Experience of God lived with Father Ignacio in the Franciscan Spirituality House Domus Pacis.
The encounter allows one to immerse oneself in the deep waters of the sea of God that completely floods the soul of the attendee. The moments of surrender and reconciliation leave a peace that is so longed for in the daily routine of life. The experience of forgiveness and the holocaust give way and meaning to the next day’s journey: to live and pray with the phrase “YOU ARE WITH ME” and joy pours into the heart until it is flooded with the LOVE OF GOD, WITH THE TENDERNESS OF THE FATHER… “To let oneself be loved.”
Step by step, the levels of intimacy with our Father God are scaled. The strong times dedicated to prayer and meditation in these days will be the strength to continue walking with Jesus and, together with Him, transform the hearts of those around us.
