The Brazil West 10 National Coordination made a fraternal visit on Saturday, June 28, 2025, to the Local Coordination of São José dos Campos 3. This was the moment in which we got to know each other more intimately, prayed, and meditated on the Style and Life of the Guides, through the text by Father Ignatius presented at the International Assembly in Guatemala in 1999. This text is from many years ago, but very current.
In the end, our style will always be the same: people who pray to seek humility and fraternity. The Strong Times are the sustenance of our spirituality, making Jesus present in our lives. On the contrary, when we neglect the Strong Times, Jesus becomes absent and distant, leading all the enthusiasm of our vocation to decline.
There was much reflection on the topic, and the Guides expressed the need for Strong Times to live, because if our spirituality is well, we have a burning devotion to our mission, and with our life testimony, our services will be fervent.
It was also very gratifying to welcome the newly sent Guides among the others, because when new members arrive, we feel the renewal present in the PLW family.
Finally, we had the pleasure of commemorating the birthday of our beloved Maristella Carvalho.
