From February 11 to June 1, 2025, the Prayer and Life Workshop was held at the Holy Family Parish in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil. This workshop concluded with the perseverance of 10 workshop participants and was implemented by Guides Maristella Carvalho and Elaine Cristina Bondi Gravatin, who belong to the São José dos Campos 3 Local Coordination, National Brazil West 10, Brazil West Zone.
During the workshop, the workshop participants increasingly shared their experiences of the daily Sacred Half Hour, through meditations on the Word and the practice of the prayer methods, as well as their weekly experiences when they were able to put the content of the sessions into practice. They recounted how much closer they felt to God and how much they were living differently. One of the workshop participants commented: “I can no longer be the same as before. I see things differently now; my way of acting has changed.”
Praise God for Father Ignacio’s life, for the perseverance of each workshop participant, and for allowing these encounters!
