The Marriage Course, part of the PLW – Prayer and Life Workshops, concluded on April 23, 2025, at the Parish of San Cristóbal, in the city of Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil.
This course was taught to six couples by Elenir and Weligton Milhomen, a Guide couple belonging to the Palmas 5 Local Coordination, part of the Brazil Center 9 National Coordination, part of the Brazil Center Zonal Coordination.
The couples who persevered experienced growth in harmony and love. All emphasized the great charm of Father Ignacio’s messages and the way they conducted the discussions, especially the moments of dialogue between the spouses. Week after week, they were able to experience a maturity in their decision to love and the fruits of investing themselves in love. We saw couples recovering that initial love and sharing the wonders they were experiencing with their friends. Being animators, we too grew together as husband and wife, 36 years into our marriage, believing we would only bring good to other couples…
But we experienced a new love, that initial desire to please each other! It was a gift from God!
