Festival for young people in Slovenia
On 18 September 2021, a festival for young people under the motto "Strengthen my steps" took place at the Cistercian Monastery in Stična. More than 2,000 young people from all over Slovenia took part in the festival. Two PLW Guides prepared a presentation stand for them and they had a very nice experience.
The young people were welcomed in Stična by a great social gathering and a full-day programme with an evening concert, and were addressed by the President of the Republic, Borut Pahor, the Archbishop of Maribor, Alojzij Cvikl, and the Apostolic Nuncio, Msgr. Jean-Marie Antoine Joseph Speich, who greeted them on behalf of Pope Francis.
