The Forces of Decadence is a continuation and a complement to the book From Suffering to Peace, one of Ignacio Larrañaga’s books that has been translated into many languages and is available in many countries. In this book, Father Larrañaga places himself inside the mystery of the suffering man, who, when faced with situations of being forgotten, tiredness, failure, anxiety, illness, pain, fear, loneliness, old age or the perspective of death, tries to understand the true mystery of God; a God that becomes powerless and weak in the world in order to be with us and assist us.
